    I have a dream to have my sleep out. Several nights I see nightmares – in different rooms I see different nightmares. It’s so strange! I want to sleep like a child – without dreams!

    I think, that if we will live reasonably without satisfying every our “I want” we can be healthy and happy. Everybody of us has too many wishes. We resemble monkeys – we want everything at once! That is why we forget what we have to do besides working.

    Today the sun is shining so bright and that is so joyful! I’m bored with that rain!
    I’m watching at these pictures and I’m happy the soon summer will come ;) and I’ll have a possibility to fly to Paphos and to walk along the quay across an old fortress.

  • USA Special Services' Spendings

    USA the first time for ten years have revealed their expenses for secret services: in past fiscal year, come to the end on September, 30th, American budget spendings on the special services maintenance have made 43.5 billion dollars. Director of national secret services has planted these data according to the new law.
    Last time data about similar spendings were revealed by CIA ten years ago: in 1997 and 1998 the budget of management made 26.6 and 26.7 billion dollars accordingly.

    The opened data concern 16 special services, including CIA, the Pentagon, Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of national safety intelligences. At the same time spendings of military intelligence of various arms are not included here.
    Special services for a long time opposed promulgations of their cumulative budget, approving, that this can harm interests of national safety. In the next financial year the general budget of special services also will be opened, however, beginning with 2009, the president will have the right to make this information closed if he will convince the Congress that this step represents threat of safety.
    I wonder what the threat consist in?!
